Former Traffic Management Agency Staff Receive Job Placement Orientation
Addis Ababa, November 4, 2026 (AACRA) — The Addis Ababa City Roads Authority (AACRA) has conducted a job placement orientation for personnel transitioning into the authority to carry out operational duties previously managed by the former Traffic Management Authority.
AACRA Corporate Services Deputy Director General, Mr. Jemal Dolebo, stated that the authority welcomed 123 former Traffic Management Authority employees and organized the orientation session to facilitate their official deployment.
The Deputy Director General further explained that employee placements will be conducted strictly in accordance with Labor Proclamation No. 1156/2019. Under this framework, staff members will compete for positions of their choice, with final assignments determined by their evaluation scores.
