Road Repair Work Underway Acro...

Following the end of the rainy season, extensive road repair work is currently being carried out in various parts of the city.

Considering that the upcoming religious and public holidays in September—specifically Meskel and Irreecha—are occasions when large crowds gather in public squares, areas requiring urgent repairs have been identified, and rapid maintenance is being executed.

Among the areas where asphalt road repairs were recently conducted are: Legehar, Alem Bank, Bole Michael Gorgorios Roundabout area, the road from Wingate to Asko, Figa Traffic Light, the lane from Jemo 3 to Jemo 1, Filwoha area, from Megenagna toward Kotobe, and the road leading from German Square to Jemo 3, among others.

In the coming period, roads in other parts of the city that require repair will be identified based on their degree of damage, with maintenance efforts extending up to full reconstruction to ensure the city's road network remains suitable for service.
